Meet my salesman here for a quick lunch, he told me to get there at 10:30 which I though was weird. When I arrived there was already a line waiting for the door to open. Once we got through the door at 11am and I got to the copy tee I started to u sweat and why there was a line outside before it opened. Tyler recommended the sliced brisket and they had a special smoked jerk pork belly. Grab my tray Along with Brussels sprouts the brisket looked ever moist almost like a meat disco ball. The smoke ribbon was perfectly balanced all the way around the slice about a half inch, it melted in my mouth, jerk pork belly had a great flavor with their spices and smoke. It’s crazy this place has been open for three years and I have never heard of it. Now I will spread the news. Best in OKC

Great food every time I come in. You have to get the Beef Rib on Saturdays if available. The turkey isn’t like your dry thanksgiving turkey it is moist and tender! Pork ribs are very good as well being super tender and packed with flavor!

If you want the best BBQ in Oklahoma, this is the place to get it. Zach is obsessed with delivering that “Texas Smoke” It’s all natural, he buys the best meat he can, and he spends countless hours each morning making sure it’s the best that it can be. And it shows. He’s always there slicing meat and is always happy to share his wisdom and make recommendations. You’ll never feel like a bother here. And the brisket….. it’s the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Austin and have had multiple BBQ joints down there, Edge Craft builds on it and offers our own little Oklahoma twist. The Brussels are to die for, and the Mac n Cheese is also delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, if you get lucky enough to catch them on a special… buy everything available! The beef ribs, the pastrami, oh my! I get meat sweats every single time I think about my next visit!

Hands down the best BBQ in OKC! Edge Craft absolutely nails it every time. The ribs and brisket are incredible—tender, smoky, and full of flavor. The sides are just as impressive: the Brussels sprouts are a must-try, and the banana pudding is the perfect way to finish off the meal. Be prepared to wait 30–45 minutes, but that’s exactly what you’d expect at a spot serving BBQ this good—it’s worth every minute. The building itself is small and nothing fancy inside, but honestly, who needs fancy when the food is this fantastic? If you’re a BBQ lover, Edge Craft is a can’t-miss.
